The Big Sister Association of Greater Boston held its\u00a0annual\u00a0fashion show at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel, to raise money for the organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Project Role Model featured young girls and their mentors walking down an illuminated runway with cameras capturing their confidence, friendship and unique bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The mission of the fashion show was to encourage girls to embrace who they are and be confident in themselves.<\/p>\n

Every girl walked down the runway with a different style, but they all ended with the same positive message, embracing and exuding their personality.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Local celebrities , like New England Patriots player Jerod Mayo, Massachusetts’ First Lady Lauren Baker and other contributors of the event, ripped the runway while having fun.<\/p>\n

The event included a wine and cheese hour\u00a0with a grand seashell photo booth before the fashion show then an auction afterwards.<\/p>\n

The event raised more\u00a0than $200,000\u00a0for Big Sister Boston\u2019s mentoring and enrichment programs.<\/p>\n
